how pay works
$15 a video. bonuses when it takes off.
$15 per video once it hits 300 views, counted 7 days after posting. a video under 300 views is not paid. on top of the $15, a video that takes off earns a view bonus:
100k views
a video at 100k views earns $15 + $50 = $65.
250k views
a video at 250k views earns $15 + $100 = $115.
500k views
a video at 500k views earns $15 + $200 = $215.
- one bonus per videopaid at the highest tier the video reaches, never stacked.
- monthly bonus capview bonuses are capped at $250 per creator per month.
- the goal monthhit the goal of 20 videos over 300 views and that is $300.
- the full monthup to 30 paid videos a month ($450), plus any bonuses.

the terms
view counts are read from tiktok analytics. bonuses are paid only as written above. a video that is taken down, set to private or breaks tiktok rules is not paid. pay and the view minimum can change with 14 days notice. unresourced is a creator and brand marketplace; the brand approves concepts and owns usage of the videos posted to the dedicated account.
