Unresourced is a platform that helps creators start and grow in UGC, and helps brands find and work with those creators. This policy explains what information we collect when you use unresourced.com, app.unresourced.com, and the Unresourced mobile apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account, and the details you add to your profile.
- Creator and application content. Portfolio links, social handles, content you upload, and the applications and submissions you send through the platform, including the PR and gifting forms you apply through.
- Communications. Messages you send us or send through the platform, and your email preferences.
- Usage and device data. Pages you visit, actions you take in the platform, and basic device and browser information, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Payment information. If you buy a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
How we use it
- To operate the platform: your account, your applications, and your matches with brands or creators.
- To run campaigns and gifting programs you take part in, including sharing the relevant parts of an application with the brand it was sent to.
- To communicate with you about your account, your applications, and the platform.
- To improve the platform, keep it secure, and understand how it is used in aggregate.
How we share it
- With brands you apply to. When you submit an application or a gifting request, the brand receives the information in that application.
- With service providers. Companies that host the platform, send email, process payments, and provide analytics, only as needed to run Unresourced.
- For legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the platform.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the platform may not work fully without them.
Retention and security
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, as needed for records and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Unresourced is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
