These terms govern your use of Unresourced, at unresourced.com, app.unresourced.com, and in the Unresourced mobile apps. Unresourced is operated by Soho Holdings. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. Questions go to [email protected].
The service
Unresourced helps creators discover and apply to brand PR, gifting, ambassador, and UGC campaign opportunities, and helps brands run creator programs. We provide the platform and tools; the agreements for a specific campaign are between the creator and the brand running it, on the terms shown for that campaign.
Accounts
You need an account for most features. Keep your login details secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform with a parent or guardian's consent where the law allows it.
Creators and brands
- Applications you send through Unresourced go to the brand named on the opportunity. Sending an application does not guarantee selection, gifting, or payment.
- Campaign deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms are those stated on the campaign or agreed in writing between creator and brand.
- Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for honoring the terms they offer.
Fees
Core creator features are free. If we offer paid plans or paid services, the price and terms will be shown before you buy, and paid plans run month to month unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform: no spam, scraping that burdens the service, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful content.
- Do not submit content you do not have the rights to submit.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create and submit. By submitting it through Unresourced, you give us the license needed to operate the platform, including showing your application to the brand it was sent to. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not use your likeness in our own marketing beyond operating the service without your agreement.
Third-party services
The platform links to and works with third-party sites and services, including brand application forms and social platforms. Their terms and policies govern your use of them.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soho Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 dollars if you paid nothing.
Ending and changes
You may stop using Unresourced and close your account at any time. We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
